scrap the greyhound nightmare, its cheaper to fly ! whooood av thought it ! from no water and electricity to straight up city living, we are off to vancouver. all in one day we are leaving dawson city and getting the bus to whitehorse, we are then catching a plane to vancouver. the big smoke. we will leave here at 9am and arrive there at 10pm on july the first. im not sure we are both ready for the big city. power showers, fridges and flushing toilets...its the future. with luck both our phones will be functioning and we will have a constant stream of internet. well the hostel in vancouver doesn't have it but the coffee shop down the road does. right now we are in the library. libraries are also the future. can you believe they give out internet for free. bless em. this is debbie kelly writing this by the way. i handed my computer in to the local fix it man cos its really broken, the screen is a strobe fest. he is going to give it a good clean and get it back to me tomorrow. so heres hoping il have a shiny clean lap top and a shiny working phone and a nice comfortable poo in less than a week !

oh my, long drop toilets! aaah, you guys definitely ARE adventurous cause I would run a mile! When we were in France there were loads of those long drops and you know me, I have to pee every ten minutes, but I couldn't in those! I guess you don't have much of a choice!!!

sometimes we save it up and go into town and make use of the fancy flushing toilets, lol, bliss
